Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.

We offer store credit or exchange for change-of-mind returns. Refunds are not provided for change of mind unless required by law.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, if you receive an item that is:

Faulty or damaged,

Significantly different from the description or sample shown, or

Incorrect (wrong item, size, or colour sent),
We will offer you the choice of a refund, replacement, or store credit. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting our support team.
We may request photos of the issue to assist with your claim.
How to Make a Return

Contact us at shop@gritlifestyle.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

We'll provide return instructions, including a return address.

Send your item(s) back in original packaging, if possible.

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your return within 3–5 business days.
